The Cionni CTR, designed by Robert J. Cionni, MD, is a modified version of the Morcher CTR. This version features two suturable arms designed for scleral fixation. It is used to stabilize and recenter the capsular bag in cases of damaged or missing zonules. FCI Ophthalmics is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Morcher capsular tension rings.
